Thunderhawks 7AA verse the Brainerd Warriors of 8AA

Bet ya Mo's paycheck that the Barnyard get the first win of the history of this mighty tilt against the Thunderhawk tribe of Grand Rapids. Trouble covering the D-Zone spells trouble for the T-Hawks as they head to the Barnyard on 'Two for Tuesday's' at Sheps on December 11th of a cold wintery Minneeeesooooda night. Should be a good battle but there ain't much that Scot, Klatter, Mark, Bruce, Chet can do to get that D-Core to shore up the D-Zone like the Dartmouth bound Stejskal and St. Johns playin' Smith used to do in days past. Boys will figure it out and Chet will get them on track but it may take a while as this season progresses. Barnyard 4 - T-Hawks 2

What do Scot, Klatt & Mark Dick have to do with the D of Grand Rapids High? The last time I checked, Bruce LaRoque was the head coach, Steve Anderson was his assistant, as well as Todd Peart & Craig Pierce. You're starting to lose it a little bit Old Timer. Granted, things haven't gone well with the D thus far, but as stated before, things are fixable. On top of that, we're starting to see some scoring. I'm not saying we're at the level we need to be at to compete with the top teams in the state, but we're still good enough to beat a competitive Brainerd team. Indians 5 Warriors 3. Tabaka or Underwood will shut the door.

It is tongue and cheek commentary that goes way back to the golden age of minnhock. I might be losing it GR  but I still manage to not take this stuff too serious and just have some fun watching a great sport. Win, lose or draw it is fun just getting out to games. Maybe you should spend a night at Shep's and unwind just a bit it does the soul good!

My soul's just fine, I do wonder where some of your logic comes from though.

The game will start late, the refs will be from Bovey, Sheps will have a record night, Bobaalouiees dogsled will get stuck, and alot of people will try to get in for free.

Barnyard - 6
T-chicks - 3

Hope that split dont hurt at the seedin meetin.

Home opener for the Warriors. I hope they come out flying. They need to bury the puck better than they did in Elk Ribber. Lines 2 and 3 need to get on the board. Hopefully the blue crew will be there as they were a no-show on Saturday. Should be a video teaser from the scout. I wonder what song he will use for the chicken/crow game this year.

Where is GR19 this season? Why is he not talking up his boys from the pulp peeling city? Leaving all the 'heavy lifting' up to boblee this year.

Hey, 5-Holio what you wrote is a prime example of an oxymoran.

The only way Frazer doesn't touch the puck (let alone see it) after the 1st period is if he doesn't play the rest of the game :!: Do you know something I don't know :?:

Here's the way it is against the T'chicks, they are way too good to put away in the 1st period  if Frazer doesn't touch (see) the puck in periods 2 & 3 the T'chicks win :(

No one :!: works harder on or off the ice then Frazer, pound for pound he's the best forward in Northern Minnesota, if not the state

I'll agree that his linemates are very capable of burying the puck, but it gets a lot harder without Joey creatin' allz that chaos on the ice :P

The key to this game is to get some scoring outta the 2nd & 3rd Lines, they have to pick it up for Da Worriorz to remain undefeated :?

By the way how'd your fantasy team do yesterday

Maybe the 2 and 3 lines should be put back the way they were in Alex?
