It's slow day in The Cafe, so chew on this.

Being that we're all hockey players, I'll probably catch hell for including the first option on the poll, but whatever.

I'm guessing PB will vote for #2 because a certain word is missing from the title.

My favorites are the religious ones. "Oh Come All Ye Faithful" really is the only song you need.

But "Ill be Home for Christmas" and "White Christmas".........unfortunately have not gone out of style yet.

Never heard a Christmas song I didnt like.

Once I learned the origin of "I'll Be Home for Christmas", it became one of my favorites - before then I didn't care for it.

"The Christmas Song" by Nat King Cole is the best there is... Followed closely by Twisted Sister's rendition of "Oh Come All Ye Faithful" (extra lump of coal in the stocking for the individual that can name the tune they incorporate within their version).

Looky there, PB! The right and the left come together for the holidays!

"Every time a bell rings, Torii Hunter gets 90 million dollars!"

Boy, did I get a nice holiday gift today! I'm a Sirius satellite radio subscriber and they launched a "Bing Crosby Christmas" channel! All Bing, all the time!

NICE!!!

Sirius is great but those channels that exclusively play one artist are a waste.

I generally agree, but this is only for 5 days, and they put it on a channel nobody listens to anyway.

Although I bet PB would be a huge fan of the Grateful Dead Channel!

You boys know me too well.

But I am dissapointed in my service because there is no all Burl Ives channel.

"Have a holly jolly Christmas, its the best time of the year,

Oh by golly its a real good holly jolly Christmas this year"

What a piece of work that song is.

Here's something that all Minnhockers and their families can chew on while roasting chestnuts... These are all "paraphrased" Christmas songs. Name them:

1. Bleached Yule
2. Castaneous-colored Seed Vesicated in a Conflagration
3. Singular Yearning for the Twin Anterior Incisors
4. Righteous Darkness
5. Arrival Time 2400 hrs - Weather Cloudless
6. Loyal Followers Advance
7. Far Off in a Feeder
8. Array the Corridor
9. Bantam Male Percussionist
10. Monarchial Triad
11. Nocturnal Noiselessness
12. Jehovah Deactivate Blithe Chevaliers
13. Red Man En Route to Borough
14. Frozen Precipitation Commence
15. Proceed and Enlighten on the Pinnacle
16. The Quadruped with the Vermillion Probiscis
17. Query Regarding Identity of Descendant
18. Delight for this Planet
19. Give Attention to the Melodious Celestial Beings
20. The Dozen Festive 24 Hour Intervals
21. Our fervent hope is that you thoroughly enjoy your yuletide season
22. Parent was observed osculating a red-coated unshaven teamster
23. May the deity bestow an absence of fatigue to mild male humans
24. Natal celebration devoid of color, rather albino, as a hallucinatory phenomenom for me
25. Obese personification fabricated of compressed mounds of minute crystals
26. Tranquility upon the terrestrial sphere
27. Have hitherward the entire assembly of those who are loyal in their belief of Christmas
