The EP tournament has been a great one for years. Too bad for the construction. I heard they had to limit the number of teams they normally have. Still top quality I am sure.

Edina is in the PeeWee Tournament, but not the Bantam, look at the brackets.

Yeah - Maybe Wayzata or Blaine or the Hornets - who knows.

I did see Wayzata & Edina (PWA) play the Fire (95) - Edina impressed me much more than Wayzata - but maybe the Trojans had a bad game. Whoever comes to play and has strong goaltending will be the victors - I just can't say one team will come in and roll everyone, like at the Bantam level.

Quick question:

What do people think about putting last names on the kids jerseys?

I was at the EP tourney at Minnesota made yesterday. One Bantam team had their names on their jerseys. Majority of the teams didn't have last names.

The team that did looked terrible. The last names were so small you could barely read the names. The jerseys looked cool. But the names runied them.

I vote to leave names off of jerseys.

Not a big deal. Just wondering why majority of the teams have no names and a select few do?

Chaska does it because its the last year before we get new jerseys (idk about a new look, but this will be the first change of actual jerseys from the ones we got 4 years ago).

Teams also do it only on their home jerseys?
It doesn't ruin the jersey, its so you GET TO KEEP IT and actually remember a youth team you were on,

i think its a great idea.

it can get ruined if you have stiched numbers and add print-on names.

DaSTeK- Bingo! It was Chaska. I like the jerseys. Who's idea was it to use such small letters?

What will the new jerseys look like next year?

Good luck!

Best game of the day: Centennial beat EP. Two incredible goals. One to tie the game. One to win the game with 12 seconds left.
