I dont like them at all. I dont get why they went for it on 4th down last night and scored even thou they were up by 4 touchdowns.

Why didn't the defense stop them?

These guys are paid to play and they are paid a lot. They better be earning those dollars by playing hard all the time. Plus, the NFL is an entertainment industry. Fans don't go to watch punts, they go to see touchdowns and good hits.

Plus like I've said, and Jason Taylor said when the Patriots whooped up on the Dolphins, if they don't like it, then the defense should stop them.

They are entertainers not athletes, they get paid to give the fans their moneys worth.

Was there a script to say the last touchdown would happen by putting a hit on the pass receiver? Only to have the ball pop out (inbounds) back towards to the field and a Patriot is there to catch and run it in a short distance.

I get it he should have. Caught it and given it back like a fumble. :? "Here we are winning already, you take it".

No way, they a re paid the big bucks to perform at the highest level. Guess what, I hope that the pay raises are not going to happen this spring on the Bills or especially the Dolphins. Makes room for the new kids coming in and keeps the business improving each year.

They are going to be the first team in many years to not lose a single game in the same year the Dolphins become the first team to not win a game. They are really good, why take that away from them?

No one from the organization comes on TV bragging about being really good. They just happen to win every game. It really bugs me when people from the Dolphins and such come on TV saying the Pats haven't earned anything yet and trying to put them down. We know they haven't as far as the record goes, no one's saying they have.

The Patriots are an unbelieveable football team. all you need is Tom Brady and Randy Moss and you got a superbowl championship

And a great defense and supporting receivers such as Welker and Stallworth.

Special teams? Come to think of it, I haven't seen their punter or punt coverage team make too many mistakes.

Bellicheck gets a lot of grief for not being a classy coach, but he picked up Kyle Eckel off the waiver wire prior to the first game. Eckel was a Fullback at Navy, graduated, served his committment to the Navy then tried to catch on in the NFL. He was cut by the Dolphins and signed 2 days later by the Patriots. The Pats activated him Oct. 1. He plays late in games and has 33 carries and a couple of TD's.

On another note, a friend of mine in college works for the outfit that sets lines in Las Vegas, I was out there a week ago and at dinner he talked about the Patriots. In a few weeks they play the Jets, the team that blew the whistle on them, in a normal year the Pats would be 10-13 point or so favorites at home against the Jets, but this year is different (they're 22 point favorites over the Eagles this week). He expects more money to wagered on this game than anyother save the Superbowl if they get the number wrong. There is a lot of speculation the the Pats may run the score up, way up so where do you set the line? 30? 40? 50? Aside from the Colts the Pats have won every game by at least 21, they just won at Buffalo by 46. This game against the Jets could be the most loppsided in NFL history.

the patriots are the best team the nfl has ever seen. this does not guarentee them a superbowl victory. you heard it from vppp first- cowboys win the
AFC championship game and lose to the Packers in the superbowl. (i'm a vikings fan but that's just the way it's going to be)

That definitely would be a first...especially since the Cowboys are in the NFC... :?

The Bolts will be victim #18 today. They are mere tackling dummies on the Patriots' Path to Perfection. The Patriots beat them in San Diego in the playoffs last year, annihilated them in Foxborough in September (24-0 at the half en route to 38-14), and are poised to pummel them again today.

The Brady Bunch will take care of business and we will await the GB v. NYG outcome. Like most, I'm looking forward to a Brady v. Favre matchup.

Grab your favorite beverage and enjoy the afternoon in front of the big screen...
