We all know tournements are a lot of work to organize and pull off, but thanks to dedicated volunteers most offer a pretty memorable experience for the players. With that said I was wondering why some of the larger associations do not put on a tourney at any level?

What associations are you talking about? I'm not aware of any of the larger associations NOT hosting a tournament.

I'm sure Lakeville is one he's talking about... We've done PWC districts for a few years now, but ice has always been tight here... Now, with a new sheet, it'll be talked about more - but we really needed at least a couple... Many wish we could/would...
