Dear Management,

I notiCe that there has been some experimentation with a new color scheme for the main page. I would like to suggest that navy blue and gold would be quite dazzling with a few images of Jolly Roger and some Pirated vessels from the age of sail in the margins and background.

I rather like that, but the green headers on the gold background looks too close to the Green Bay Hackers. Obviously, this would need to be addressed.

It seems a little brighter than I'd like, also. Perhaps a slightly muted gold color?

How about keep changing it to the colors of the top ranked team in the state? I understand it would be green most of the year, but you never know.

Maybe I should just change the colors to red and grey. As I recall, those worked out fairly well on my old East Hockey site.

I kind of like the Green and White look myself but will settle with what works best for you as long as it isn't Black and Gold or Black and Orange.

Well, I disagree with every suggestion so far. (No doubt a first)

I think that the colors on the main page should be the Liturgical Colors as they are set forth according to the calendar.

As most everyone knows, we are now in ordinary time(Green) until Advent when we go to Violet, then White at Christmas and so on.

At Ash Wednesday thru Lent ,the preffered colors are Purple and Gold just like for most Springs and in the Dome around Thanksgiving time.

I could just email Lee when the colors change.

Not to worry; my wife has standing orders to cut off my thumbs and stab sharp objects into my eyes if I ever use those colors.
