I. Falls def Totino-Grace 3-2 in the Class A state championship.

Johnny Austin scores the game winner with 40 seconds left or something like that.

In recent Grand Rapids history,

Grand Rapids 3, #1 Hill-Murray 2 (2006 State Semi-Final)

Grand Rapids scored 3 goals on 3 shots in third period and holds on for dear life in the third.

Grand Rapids 3, #1 Edina 1 (2007 State Quarterfinals)

Grand Rapids 4, Burnsville 3 OT last year was a thrilling game although it was only for the last 2:30 with B'ville scoring 3 in the last 2:30 to force OT.

Around 1985 Minnetonka and Jefferson played 3 OTs and stopped so the final Thursday night game could be played. They came back the next morning and settled it right away in the 4th OT.

The Hounds were scoring 'em faster than Dick Stanford could announce 'em. It was a magical first half of a very highly anticipated game.

Without a doubt it was AP vs DE in 1996. How many OT's was it? 5?

Ask Lee Pagenkopf. Further, have you ever seen a T-shirt made in relation to any other HS hockey game?

And this past years semi-final meeting between them with Marshall winning it 3-2 in 2OT (these two teams tied in the regular season 4-4 and in 05 met in the 3rd place game....becoming a big rivalry)
