Erik Westrum’s Crossover Flywheel Endurance Challenge

Erik Westrum’s Crossover Flywheel Endurance Challenge will be a fun and exciting fundraiser benefit for Parkinson’s Disease and an opportunity to promote Erik’s other annual charity benefit, The Erik Westrum Parkinson’s Fundraiser and Banquet.

Activities will include:

1. The Endurance Challenge – A skating competition where the winner is the last local hockey celebrity standing on the Crossover Flywheel during an increasingly grueling protocol.

2. Pick up hockey on The Power Plant – Hockey Studio’s Studio Skills Rink

3. Hockey Skills Competitions in Competitive Edge’s second bay

4. Autographs and Meet and Greet with Professional Hockey Players and Athletes

5. Other games for young and old

Date: Sunday, July 8th Time: 2PM to 6PM

Prize tickets for Erik’s 2007 fundraiser event will be for sale before, during, and after the event.

Price: $10 per head

This thing forces the skater to a "FULL" extention of the crossunder. Too many kids cut their crossunder short which reduces their speed. I've talked to a few kids who train on this and they have noticed a big difference in their power when they are crossing over!
