If you can operate a motorized vehicle, communicate via a handheld cell phone and smoke and exercise your right to do all these things and are doing them simultaneously, then YOU are a menace to society and a cause for concern and you will be the defendant in a civil suit soon.

Hey, knock that stuff off.

The only people packerboy has lunch with are the great minnhock posters of this most fabulous of forums while he sits at his desk and eats.

A cause for concern,......is that anyone would seriously be concerned about another person doing three very legal acts (driving, talking, and smoking), even simultaneouly,.....and to think they would be a menace to society.

Alfonso Rodriguez is a menace to society.

People who constantly lament that certain "freedoms" are being stripped from our society, yet think exercising freedom of speech is a menace.

I think the fact that this is newsworthy is cause for concern.

I mean honestly... a couple of high school kids drinking? Well golly gee - who would've thought. I guess because it was a slow news day, we go ahead and hang these kids out to dry. They weren't driving, they didn't hurt anybody, was this necessary to report (and at the time of me typing this post, it's currently the top headline on wcco.com)? I have to think that the only reason this is news to WCCO is because it happened to the "always perfect" cake eaters. They're evidently under the impression that Edina kids are the closest thing to Lindsay Lohan or Paris Hilton we have in town. If this had happened at a school like... oh I don't know... maybe Johnson, this wouldn't be news in a neighborhood newspaper, let alone all over the Twin Cities.

Well here's the realy story.... they're still kids no matter where they go to school and you don't have to report this kind of B.S. because you can't find real news.

Man, do I hate the local media.

Lee, Knowlzee was concerned all weekend,.....concerned about being banned from "minnhock",......concerned that more "freedom of speech" was being "stripped from our society".

The thought of being banned from the forum,.......now that is "cause for concern".

On the other hand, I would have been proud to be in the same category as Videoscout, and Bluesbuddy, and some other fine posters, that have lost their "freedom of speech" on this board.
