Does anybody know what happened to Austin? Did he go to Princeton where he had a scholorship?

He played for the Fargo-Moorhead Jets this year and will be playing for the Mavericks of Mankato this coming fall.

Makes sense that he would go to MSU, I know he's been working with the Mav's goaltender coach a lot.

for anybody that saw him play in fargo this year how will he be for the mavericks next year? will he step in as the starter? can he be a top wcha goaltender?

Austin not making the USHL team that he expected to make, and not have a great senior year in HS was probably the best thing to happen to him and to MSU. It was an eye-opener and he realized that he had to work for his spots and he put forth a great effort this year. If he's not a starter this coming fall, I wouldn't be surprised to see him starting by mid-year.

Sometimes getting put down a notch can bring out the best in a person, and I think Austin has made the best of his situation.
