Which Giant Killer moves on? Could Woodbury be better then any of you know? I bet maybe 5% of us have seen them play this year...

Sorry........... Woodbury should pack light for this tournament. Roseau will show them how the game is played and the level of play they need to aspire to if they want to be considered a contender.

woodbury just knocked off the defending state champs, maybe that will bring some momentum to them

There isn't much for commonality between the two teams as to who each other have played this year, but I can't help but think if Roseau plays like they have in the sectional tournament, they should beat Woodbury. The Rams came through the sections scoring 17 goals, and allowing only 1 goal, in the three games they played. Good Luck to both teams. (even though I will be cheering for the North)

I agree that Roseau is most likely gonna win, but lets try not be like moorhead's fans and say that we are going to win no exceptions , cause we all know what that leads to!! sorry I just hated when the spud fans were like predcting themselves to win like 7-0 and saying the game was already over.... that was just annoying! Anything could happen :!:

Very True

There are no easy games in the playoffs, overlooking any team can get you into serious trouble (see also Moorhead, AHA, Roseville, CDH, Cloquet, Duluth East, etc.)

Every team that is here had to beat at least one excellent team and are very deserving. If Woodbury can beat the defending champs they sure as hell can beat Roseau.

If you were at the Rapids games when they beat East and Cloquet, you would know they weren't over looking anyone. Grand Rapids just played GREAT hockey.

17,000 fans will be too much for Woodbury to overcome. 4-2 Rams.

I think Lee will be on the bench for this game. Roseau will play Bjerk first and then Lee.

Think they'll have that many in the 11 oclock?
