Second the 94-95' season they only went 19 and 3 being the you could only play 21 regular season games at the time, and they lost first round in playoffs to West. New Ulm's best season was 01-02' when they went 20 and 5 losing three to #1 ranked Lourdes and one to the eventual state champs Totino Grace.
Is that the year that NU lost by 1 or 2 to Totino in the Blake tournament? If so, I believe that they got beat pretty bad by Lourdes pretty bad in Rochester earlier that season but then ended up taking them to double overtime in the section 1A finals. If I am thinking the right year, that is probably the best TEAM NU has been able to put together. Other teams have had better individual players but I don't think NU has ever had a team like that year, nor will they for a few years at best.

This section is the biggest joke i have ever seen in my life

you don't even have a team in the top 30 rankings wise. Litchfield is going to get eaten alive at the state tournament.

We all know 3A isn't the best section. That doesn't give you a right to put down what the kids from Litch have accomplished. At least they'll be playing in one of the best amateur sporting events in the country. I have a feeling that's more than you can say.

I'm so sick of hearing this. Are you just bitter because your team didn't make it to state?

Yeah so i am a lil pissed about that but Alex is twice the team that Litchfield could ever be. Litch just came out of the worst section in state history

Congrats to Litchfield for making it to state, but we all know this section was extremely weak. A few teams with above .500 records and the top seeds 5 or 6 games above .500. Litchfield will have it's work cut out for them at state especially with a battle tested Warroad. Good luck, they are going to need it.
