ha yeah you are from Cottage Grove what do you guys know about class?

from what i watched-- there was probably a total of 4 penalties in the Eagan vs. Woodbury game ( 6 OT) with a line of handshakes at the end of the game that took about 2 minutes to go through the whole line with players patting each other on the back and helmets from both teams

maybe they were just tired and that is why it took them so long to get through the hand shake

ya they were tierrd??? to tierd to glide threw the line

the woodbury comeback was bad. or was it eagan thinking they already won.

totally agree with you sotahock14

Eagan has had that happen to them several times this year
it didnt help that Eagan was shorthanded 6-4 in the last 2 mins either
woodbury just turned it on and scored a couple goals by moving the puck and putting their big boys in front of the net to clog it up
great move by the coach

eagan dosnt really deserve to go to regions. They got really lucky that woodbury didnt crush them. Must have been a great game by bock, but they really dont deserve it. As for the class thing goes CG has more class than Eagan but thats all i will say on that topic.

I called a player out (#14 Dan Muck, Eagan) on this post for his comments after a playoff game. He has PM'd me and apologized for those comments that he made to CG players after the game with Eagan. just wanted to clear it up on my end. Good Luck in Regions boys.

they completely dominated the whole game (regulation but overtime was back and forth) besides the last 2 mins when there was a 6-4 advantage in favor of Woodbury a team should score when they have a 2 man advantage am i correct??
the 8-3 was a fluke from what i watched

that 8-3 was not a fluke. and quiet frankly i dont know why we lost i guess part of our team was not motivated idk how. but eagan did get the best of us and thats good for them. good luck in regions eagan.

You say that eagan completly dominated when they were outshot 85-25? wow you have some low standards. Its nice that woodburys goalies suck because otherwise theyd be goin to regions.

the shots dont say anything about the control of the game
Woodbury had 85 shots or whatever becasue they would get across the blueline and fire a slapshot well they play 9 periods so hmmm that would probably equal about 85 shots if you did that for 9 periods
dont get me wrong Woodbury played great they had scoring chances yes plenty but not as many scoring chances as Eagan did, instead they would just fire it from the blueline to get a shot and change

I witnessed the woodbury- eagan game, yes woodbury took many long shots and yes woodbury took many shots from close in, I'm not associated with either program. The difference in this game was the GOALIE..period. The first 3 overtimes woodbury just crushed eagan and could not get it past the Eagan netminder. A great win for the blue and green and quite possibly the best bantam goal tending I've ever seen.

this was the big talk in the beginning of the year if woodberrys goalie is good enough to go to regions and even compete in stat and it came back to haunt them he obiously is not

shots 86-25
woodbury controlled the whole game. Im not saying that just because of the shots. eagan could barely get it out of woodburys zone. i can almost gaurantee that if woodbury played them 20 more times they wouldnt lose. they are a much better team then eagan in every area except maybe goaltending. But if a good goalie moves into town, i can almost be that Woodbury will be almost unstoppable in highschool
