Great Game. Hats off to Dungy and Manning in this one. Nice to see two guys like that with a ring on their finger. Hopefully this win all but solidifys Manning's spot amoung the greatest QB's of all time.
Grossman looked horribly out of place tonight. The bright lights of the Super Bowl were far too much for a lackluster quarterback to handle. Also, it didn't seem like Urlacher really made any big plays. Finished the game with 10 tackles, none of them really game changing however. As a leader of that powerful of a defense i expected him, along with everyone else on D, to really step it up tonight.
Irregardless Manning and the Colts played a great game. Perfect way to end a great season. A Super Bowl ring is going to look great on Manning's finger.

If you have no confidence in your own Quarterback, and when you are down by over 10 points in the fourth quarter, why not switch him?

I hope hockey teams aren't down by ten before they have to make a goalie change.

Why would you switch QB's in the Super Bowl? Lovie Smith got hounded every week about this during the year and he clearly explained the intentions to keep playing him. And they were 15-4 this year even with his horrible play.

Agreed, if Lovie was to make the switch, he would have put Griese in in the first Playoff game, or, better yet, before the playoffs even started. But you can't expect a coach to yank his QB that he's went with all year and expect the backup to do a better job mounting a 10 pt. comeback. Although... anything is better than Rex.
