Alright guys, Budish and Gaarder are real good, but you guys are oblivious to how many great players there are in the nation.

who ever said budish is the weakest of the top line is wrong. Hes a force and makes his line mates better. He also has a rocket. But so do a lot of peopleon edina

Edited by: <A HREF=

There are plenty of 91's you didnt name(playing bantams) that are better than Zach Budish, and close to or just as good as Gaarder.
Good, but OVERATED! They are both not in the top 20 in the nation for 91's, I can see Gaarder but not Budish.

Give me a break.

What about Persian from Orono? I think he could give Buddish a run for his money.

Also, i must say there could be a few more Chicago Mission players on there.
- The JaG -
Edited by: <A HREF=

Persian/Budish

Jag my man, its been awhile. Ummm I haven't seen these two skate on the same sheet of ice so it would be hard for me to say. I know Persian can skate with Kohls, they used to skate together on the 91' Lightning and I thought they were about the same. But, I dont know. Budish may be better I dont really know. Persian is probably faster and he is sniper but I've only seen Budish play 2 or 3 times this year and I see Persian play pretty much everyday so it's hard to say who is a bigger sniper. And, again it's very hard to tell unless they are playing together. Sure looked like Buddish had a bullet though. Persian is a very good player though. I'd say definitely top 5 91's in the state but I'm not overly familar with the 91's so I probably shouldnt say that. He's got 110 points in 44 games so far this year though,68 of those goals.

Edited by: <A HREF=

Persians a good player but hes not as good as kohls, gaarder, and budish. When Persian played with Kohls they were 2nd year Peewees for the MN Lightning and Kohls has kept improving since. Persian may have that many points but he doesnt play against the same compition as Kohls.

Dirt, everyone keeps improving from peewee's. If they didn't Minnesota hockey would have a major problem. Never said he was better either, just answering someone's question. I personally think he is up there with a Kohls,Gaarder and Budish but that's just my opinion which would be a little bias. As is yours with Gaarder and Budish. But they are all good players, and are all the best of the 4 on any given night. Some more than others.

#12 on SSM is Sam Alfieri and Tullis (Chicago Mission) is nasty but he take a ton of stupid penalties.

Tyler Lapic will flat out play D1 hockey somewhere. Rumor has it he is already being watched by a couple D1 schools. Question is whether he will stay at New Prague HS.
