what channel is the section final on this year in Duluth? 10/13 again?

It looked like East might run away with this early, but an inspired Elks team and a fluky goal made it a bit more stressful than it should have been. Still, the Hounds played a very strong third period, and it never seemed like they were in serious danger.
East needs to clean up some of the sloppiness in their own zone, and make sure they don't take the foot off the gas pedal when they have the chance to bury a team. But they got the job done--on to the final.
We're going to be hearing a lot from Elk River over the next few years. They showed flashes of their potential today, and I wish them the best as they sort out their coaching situation.
