Notice the topic is "Minnesota Made NHL PLAYERS", not "coaches". Herb was a decent HS player and OK college player. Not even in the discussion when you consider the best of all time.

Are you out of your mind? Ever heard of Phil Housley? Right into the Bigs out of high school. The stories of him going from one end to the other is legendary.

I already said previously he's the Gretzky of Minnesota hockey, and I challenge anyone to say otherwise. Was Hedican even on any olympic teams? I think he was on one or two international teams. I'd take Otto over him as far as comparison. Also I'd take Langenbruner over him as well.
