Nice to see an administrator that is not a wimp like the city administrators. Heck the city people cancel indoor events when it gets cold outside.

roflmao!!! Name calling? Where?

I tried not to, but you're obviously not bright enough to pick up on the fact that I'm not offering excuses for Johnson - I never offer geniune excuses for them - ask anybody around here. I'm tongue-in-cheek about the wind, refs, Hill-Murray, God, northern schools, the MSHSL and every other lame reason kids like you provide on the bored, but I don't make geniune excuses for anybody - especially Johnson. It's called SARCASM... Here is a definition so you can try to understand it. Until you figure it out, I guess I'll tell you what you want to hear - Johnson just got beat in the BBHC A YEAR AGO. PERIOD. Got it now?!?!

Good lord, buy a book, kid.

well with the winds out of the NW they should be protected some by the riverbank. The camera stand up in the air might get a little cold

OH!

I'm a little confused on what time the Ram-Bengal game will be televised on FSN if i'm watching from the cities? Would it be at 11 pm then?

Ground blizzard conditions are expected to hit the area by late this evening and last into tomorrow morning.

Winds could gust to 45 to 50 miles per hour, and wind-chill readings are expected to plummet to the 35-to-50 below zero range.

Meanwhile, the National Weather Service has issued a wind chill watch for northeastern Minnesota for Saturday evening through Sunday morning. Wind chill readings of 40 to 50 below are possible.

Looks like the dog will be inside this weekend!

Does anyone know who is going to be in Baudette for FSN and who is doing that other game?

Live game action begins at 10 AM with Eveleth taking on Lake of the Woods outdoors at Lake of the Woods’ Baudette Bay. Calling the action from Baudette Bay will be FSN North’s Anthony LaPanta and Kevin Gorg.

The second game of the day features St. Thomas Academy and Hill Murray live from Xcel Energy Center at 1 PM, with Wild play-by-play man Dan Terhaar and analyst Mike Greenlay calling the action.

The third live broadcast will feature the Wild and New York Islanders from Xcel Energy Center at 5 PM, with Terhaar and Greenlay behind the microphones again. The Wild game will be followed by the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers at the University of Denver at 8 PM FSN North’s regular Golden Gophers broadcast team of Frank Mazzocco (play-by-play) and Doug Woog (analyst) will call the game.

The fifth and final game will be the delayed broadcast of Blaine and Roseau from Baudette Bay. FSN North, in conjunction with the Wild, will also produce features and vignettes including unique and fun-filled hockey stories.
