JT had two assists last night if that means anything to you
It does, but I stand behind my previous statement

McManus is the best defencemen in the Lake & JT the best forward. This was a well fought game from both sides. Burnsville lacks the offense they had last year, big line only moves the puck when they have to instead of moving it to create plays, probably need Persic back at forward. Burnsville also lacks depth, They went to 2 lines at the beginning of the 2nd period and ran out of gas mid way through the 3rd. Both goalies played very well.
Mcmanus is not the best defenseman, and JT is not the best forward.
Leddy is the best defenseman in the lake
Barnes (JT and O'Donnell are a tossup for second) is arguably the best forward (just cause he has less points doesnt mean JT is better, Barnes plays with a line and passes)
Also Burnsville does not lack the offense they had last year, its nearly identical minus Persic, which is fine when you have Hendrickson and Barnes.
#'s don't lie. Last year Hendo had 71pts. Barnes 54pts Perisic 42pts. I pretty sure if you look up there stats they are not even close to being at those figures. I've seen plenty of games, THEY DO NOT MOVE THE PUCK UNTIL THEY HAVE TO, meaning they are not creating like last year. As for who is the best in the conference that is my opinon, the ones you mentioned are also very good and i like your opinons too. Unless the big 3 at B'ville start moving the puck like last year they will not repeat the successes they enjoyed last year.

No, Fienhage, Leddy come to my mind first.
I've seen all 3 play and Mcmanus is the best. Perfect fit for the gophs, a offencive D.
If he were better.............wouldn't he have been offered by now?
No doubt he is a good player, but I agree if he was the best he would have been offered something by now. He is a developing player that will do well, but not the best in the lake. Top 5, yes.

parrish4president, that was a great point. JT only passes the puck when hes trapped in a corner. He doesnt look to set up other teammates and that is why he hasnt got offered a D1 schoalrship yet. barnes and hendo can clearly play and set up their line and the scholarships show the ability

Well the guy he passes to while trapped in the corner seems to score an awful lot seeing as JT has all those assists. Hendo and Barnes are so good the scored one goal against JT and the irish.

i noticed how you said JT and the irish. Obviously the kid is cocky and is way better than his whole team, but he does not have the type of chemistry with his line like barnes and hendo do.
The rosemount Jt Browns are done when he gets hurt.

Im not so sure, he is pretty tough, played with a concussion earlier. But i agree, that magical chemistry was brilliant in their 3- 1 loss to the irish

No kidding!
By the way, doesn't Brown-Porter-Percy line have only have like 70 something points between them? Good thing there is no chemistry between them at all right?

hey i dont study the Rosemount JT browns but from the game i saw against burnsville, the chemistry was not there. 9 times out of 10 JT would just skate past the d and put an off balance, contested shot on goal. The Rosemount JT browns are not gonna make it that far in sections.

Well let's see, Rosemount's 1st line has 88 points, where Burnsville's has 55. Of those 88 points, 51 of them are assists. They almost have as many assists as Burnsville's 1st line has points. 18 assists from both Percy and Brown, and the other 15 from Porter. So you wanna tell me that they don't have chemistry?

You're obviously mad about the game and taking it out on here, and tonight was the 2nd game in a row ROSEMOUNT won without Brown scoring so enough about the PLEASE BAN ME remarks about ROSEMOUNT being all about Jt..and as for ROSEMOUNT not making it to state, its january 10th we have a long was to go but I would say they have a better shot at their section than the Blaze will have..one word H-O-R-N-E-T-S, thank you graf!

ok calm down rbk. Im not mad about the game im not even a burnsville fan. Im just saying that when it comes down to it neither burnsville or rosemount will make it to state. i know this will piss you off even more but face the facts. Rosemount does not have depth. I am not bad mouthing any team here so take a chill pill

Rosemount is a hell of a lot deeper than Burnsville.

Looking at the section Rosemount is in, it would seem like they have a great chance to make it to state. Who will be mostly likely to take them out?

I feel Eastview is the only team that could take out the Irish in sections. The games between these two are always high intensity and close. Woodbury can be dangerous, but I don't see them being as big a threat as Eastview. I don't know much about CDH, so i'll leave that to someone else
