Moorhead, Duluth East, and Centennial usually have very tough non-conference schedules. And they don't "duck" the gold division either.
Ok....and why are they not in the Gold?

That's right, it was a "scheduling" thing. Even though Silver has essentially the same schedule. It would be funny to see BSM beat them in the first round!

You guys are all wrong Giles is not a coward for turning down to be in the Gold division the reason that he turned down to be in the gold division is that he did not want his player to become cocky, so he was not scared cause i will bet you that if Edina was in the gold division they would win the cup

Whatever

Edina's schedule speaks for itself. Their schedule strength will rate out as one of (if not the) toughest in the state.

Wake me when a team eschews the Gold division and doesn't play quality opponents the rest of the year.

Hard to believe anyone is playing a tougher slate than the Hornets. Hate 'em if you want.

Edina will be one of the best teams in high school hocke this year (and history). I know a few of the players are really good, and will probably be playing in the NHL after college. They are definatly comparable to Centenial in 2004, Blaine in 2000, and Jefferson in 1993. I'm extremely confindent in this, because I predicted 3 of of the state champions over the last seven years. The teams to watch are definately Edina and Roseau.

Edina is the best team in the state right now. The junior line is unbeatable. And the second is stacked too. This team is easily going to be the hardest team to beat. They have started out slow the past couple games but once they wake up no team can beat them. The junior line is incredible with Gaarder Everson and Budish up top not many defenses stand a chance and with Reagan And Baker on defense it will hard for other teams to score on them. And of course they have Caschetta who is great in net. The second line is also amazing.

Hey you forgot Gleason is probably the best defenseman in the state too, he's committed to North Dakota, and I think he will be the player to really carry their team...I watched him play in state and he could easily be Mr. Hockey this year.

Gleason could be Mr. Hockey, but Aaron Ness is the best defenseman in the state. Gardiner is probably neck and neck with Gleason too. Both should be contenders for Mr. Hockey.

Everyone should forfeit and give the title to Edina right now

How is Edina going to lose?? Their third line is better than most peoples first or second line. Automatic state tournament appearence

It is almost impossible to go undefeated throughout an entire high school hockey season, regardless of how good you are. Edina will run into a hot goaltender sometime this season and probably lose. Remember Holy Angels the last couple of years. In a one game series, anyone can come up short.
