Edina had an inside pipe in the second period that would have tied the game at 1. Overall Edina outplayed E.P. in almost the whole game but the thing that made the difference was Meyers, he won the game for them. Overall it was a very fun game to watch with a good high pace of play.

I agree...Ep did probably play a stronger 2nd period then Edina, but overall Edina did outplay EP. The only difference was the goaltending Meyers put on. Granted he was lucky most of the time, but in my opinion, Edina just couldn't find the right bounces. Edina is not where they should be, they may not be better than E.P., Centennial and those top 3 or 4 teams but they do deserve to be in state. You are correct saying E.P. is where they should be, mostly thanks to Meyers.minnesotahockey1 wrote:Eden Prairie is better, always has been, and deserves state over Edina.
