i'm pretty sure in the past we haven't been able to discuss why individual players were being disciplined...aka drinking violations, grades, etc. T'would be a shame to get this thread nuked.

It wasnt a drinking/tobacco, MSHSL violation.

It was a team rule.

Like missing practice, skipping school...

I was curious about the degree of crime...
what degree the penalty may be (how much probation time...)

But now I know, so thanks to all those helped me fill in the blanks.

I expect that Shanty will be watching the Pi-Rates going up against the likes of Hermantown, Virginia, and St. Loowey Park over the holidays.

Is there any hope that the ship will survive these battles????

Only the IS knows for sure

Now, now, Shanty! Are we still bitter from that crushing defeat in playoffs last year... [-X [-X

at least the hunted have something to play for this year...

don't think they're thinking of anything but the future up in Pirate territory...

You guys found out last season what you'll find out again this year...your place is on the porch cuz you sure can't run with the big dogs.
schwang17 wrote:I agree Warroad's the best. I didn't pick Warroad, but they're the team to beat in 8A. I really don't see PR or anybody else going up to TRF and winning a couple games in a row even though I'd love to see it happen.
Bet you forgot about this one Shwag...history comes back to haunt PR's biggest fan.

I believe he will have 3 points, not sure if Bagley will hold him to that but that is the goal they are aiming for. As for what type of D they will run and how they will play him, the game is at the Albert Kaiser Arena @ 7pm in Bagley $5 per ticket and come support a team in need of money.

In all reality, the object is to keep it within 2 or 3 until the third....

Word is, Da Warriors don't have as many recruits as they did last year. This is the year to make it happen...

Lehrke goes off for 8 points tonight - take it to the bank.

Its not unheard of. The last two years Bagley did hang with Park Rapids for a couple of periods before losing.

E70, take highway 2 into Bagley, take a right at the only stop light in town. Drive 2 blocks and look for a sign that says "Bagley Youth Hockey Rink" on the right hand side. If you take a right just before the sign it is the first "building" on the left hand side.

By the end of the game you may be right. I dont think it will be before the third tho. Bagley hasnt been in running time after 2 periods yet this year, they are just thin on numbers and run out of gas...
