There is a category for Bantam A in the D16 Playoff Brackets on http://www.bemidjiyouthhockey.org but there is not an active link. When (if?) it becomes available it might look something like http://www.bemidjiyouthhockey.org/distr ... antama.htm . If they do post one it may not be updated as the games are completed. D16 does not currently have a website but they are looking for a volunteer to administer one. You could probably contact Elliott70 if anyone is interested...

1. EP – A must have
2. Duluth East – Will be 1 seed in regions
3. Wayzata – Takes down the Centennial and is a 1 seed in regions
4. Centennial – the Roller coaster continues, what team shows in playoffs?
5. Rochester North – Vs Cottage Grove Friday

7. Edina –
8. Jefferson/Kennedy –
9. Grand Rapids – 1 seed up north
10. Woodbury – Lakeville south Woodbury showdown
11. Hermantown – Played well vs East
12. Moorhead - Good Coaching gets them ready at the right time
13. Brainerd – not a good showing up north
14. Lakeville South –
15. Andover – Avenges loss to Champlain
16. Elk River – Playes Andover tonight to get in to Regions game
17. Roseau - 1 seed up north
18. White Bear Lake – Hey guess who showed up, great PK keeps WBL alive
19. Bemidji - 2 seed up north
20. Stillwater – Couldn't get by Tartan has to beat MV to get in
21. Mounds view – Lost to WBL fighting to get into regions
22. Osseo- in regions but that will be the end of the year

Minnetonka - playing well at the right time
Blaine – has a long way to go after loss to St. Cloud

Chuck DE is not #1 seed yet they still have to play hermantown and after the 1-0 the other day with many pipe shots this might be very interesting :D

Hermantown

The hermits need to beat east twice.... not happening, so they will be the 1 seed and the hermits will be the 2, and Clouquet is a non factor in regions.

Good luck Hermantown, you only have to get through...East, Centennial, WBL, Tartan, (Stillwater or Moundsview), Andover, and Elk River to get one of the seeds to state. [-o<

yes. i belive that the winner of that game will get the third seed for district 2.

The winner can actually get the 2nd seed because they play loser of championship game between WB and Tartan to see who gets 2nd and who gets 3rd.

hey Dabears your right i wasn't thinking. All the playoffs are double elimination. But dont you think that the team that comes up from the losing braket and beats the team that lost in the championship game should get a chance at the ship.

Hounds win, 4 - 3, my report from up north is that the Hounds had to beat the Hawks and the ref's. The East region is shaping up to be a very interesting place to be in a couple of weeks.

North Region set, East Region 1/3 complete, gonna be a lot of good hockey coming up

District 11

1. Duluth East
2. Hermantown
3. Cloquet

Distric 2

Down to....

White Bear Lake
Tartan
Moundsview
Stillwater

District 10

Down to....

just about everyone, but Centennial, Elk River are in control of their own fate.

Chuck,

Using your great wisdom..... what region has the highest competition??

Thanks...

Region

Posted: Thu Feb 22, 2007 12:52 pm
by Chuck Norris Fan
The most difficult region????

Lets see....

I know that If i was a coach I would not want to compete with both EP and Wayzata to just get to state, so the West is pretty difficult. But from top to bottom the East is the most competitive. Sorry North and South, there are some good teams but the bottom of your tourney is really the bottom.

1. East
2. West (not by much)
3. North
4 South (Besides the District 8 teams)
