Hey Fred,
This is your old friend Barney Rubble. Make sure you get in a few workouts on the bicycle this summer. We need to be in shape to ride home from the triathalon next fall.

Chaska - 4
Eagan - 1
(ENG).
Chaska had 2 full lines after they had short notice (3 hours) when Rochester backed down from an Eagan scrimmage.
you have the right to say Eagan had a down game. but then again
like im stating in the other topic.
Shots
Eagan - 38
Chaska - 11
=]. If an Eagan guy comes in and says he dominated chaska (YES IM ON THE DAMN TEAM GET OVER IT!).
ill believe him.

I've been working out for about 20-30 minutes every afternoon.......... with Betty.
Give me your thoughts on that '93 Fire team.

MG over Wayzata 4-1.. MG pounded the snot out of them physically.
Looks like #1 and 2 go down on the same night.

Looks like both #1 and #2, who had their leagues wrapped up, played their final district games like they didn't matter. They probably got what they deserved playing against 2 very good teams that were ready to play. Much like the Indianapolis Colts & Seattle Seahawks. Hmmmmmmmn!?

The goalie (Girarad) played very well. Before last night's game I didn't think he was worthy of all the accolades he was receiving. The Edina defense also played well limiting the shots to the outside. Edina's powerplay aslo looked better. They weren't running around like they usually do. Does someone know what the shots were?

Rochester Red probably would've beat New Ulm something by something like 5-2. North St. Paul must have had a TERRIBLE slip up when they played New Ulm.

Roseville 8
Dodge County 2
Shots-Dodge County 34 Roseville 27

Having a sick goalie must have hurt Dodge County, but Roseville was still a step quicker than DC.
Roseville 7
Sartell 0
Dodge County 5
Sartell 2
Kennedy 3
Farmington 2
St. Cloud 12
Kennedy 0
St. Cloud was beating Farmington 4-0 in the first period, but Farmington was forced to forfeit when that Duininck kid shattered the Farmington goalie's collarbone with a slapshot and he was unable to play.
Burnsville 6
Armstrong 1
Burnsville 6
Moundsview 3
Moundsview 6
Armstrong 2
Not sure how Sunday went. I personally think the rules of this tournament are a bunch of crap. 3 penalties for an individual and they get the boot. Fair play points are the first tiebreaker for the round robin. The tournament director obviously is not a big fan of physical hockey.

You must have not seen him when he beat Wayzata 2-1 and 3-2, he looked unreal. He deserves most if not all the hype he gets.
North St.Paul vs New Ulm

Not to take anything away from New Ulm they played better than us. But our kids were wiped and had nothing left. Thursday before the tourney we beat Woodbury in a very fast hard game. Then came down and beat the North Metro, Beat the fire in a fast physical game. Then played Rochester Red in a good physical game where we lost 4-1 (Empty Net). We had nothing left in our tank and two of our first line forwards were out with injuries. 6 games in 3 days is tough. Rochester should re work the format. Two games on Sunday that have alot of meaning is very difficult for 13 to 15 year olds.
