As much as some people would love to say that the might of Cent. is going to roll over all in AA its just going to happen, Of course I am hopeing they make it to the finals against Moorhead so that after the game I can come on here and listen to all the cring about how they got screwed some how. As for Warroad it was asked on another thread why they were ranked #1 instead of #4. Are people nuts?? A team that hasn't lost a game against a class A team in two years and you think they should be not #1??? Please pull the head out of your butts and start to think clearly again. No acknowledgement whatsoever from this "Against the Grain" crowd that one of their favorite sons got drilled over the weekend by a stellar team from Circle Pines. I'll say it again, even though it seems to go against their grain, it is highly unlikely that either Section 8 A or AA is the most "dominating" section top to bottom. The results last night speak well to that. Here's the problem with being a longtime Moorhead fan. No matter how good, no matter how great the players, Moorhead has the Vikings syndrome. They can not perform under pressure. They can bring home second, they can bring home third, but have never brought home first. There have been many years ('94, '95, '03) when we thought for sure this would be the time our boys would bring home the trophy, but, they didn't. I have been a Spuds fan my whole life, always will be, but I won't believe it til I see it. So, if Moorhead takes it home at the Excel come March 13th, I'll be there just as happy as any one person can possibly be, and if not, no big let down. <p></p><i></i>

I agree that Sean "Traitor" Penn should have nothing to do with this project. I have liked a few of his movies, but as a person, he's worthless. Dennis Miller was too good for the 'speed listeners' much like some more prolific posters confuse the 'speed readers.' But at times, Miller was so fast that even Mr "do you believe in M....." and "I think we are having an earthq...." laughed a little late at times. <p></p><i></i>

Oh my slapshooter, what an interesting selection and thanks so much for getting us started. <br><br>Say, now I know that there are other boys and girls out there who could join in and pick another section but before we do that lets make fun of the slapshooter's selections especially if one of the teams loses a game, shall we.<br><br>I know some of you may want to venture out and pick section 3 just because the heavy favorite in AA resides there together with a traditional war horse who is moving "down" in class in A. But that would just double the size of the thread and the participants so we wont do that.
