Tartan had several chances to score that were shut down by Guggenberger. He is something else. The Scanlon/Hill/Gunner line has been tearing it up lately and account for over half of the teams points. Nothing different last night...Gunner on the 2nd goal and Hill in OT.

Tartan played better... Should be a good game vs hill this sat
Shizzam~

Just out of curiosity, what has outshooting them have to do with the final score? I have seen many games where the score should have been more, the team that lost could have won had bounces gone their way and nine out of ten times the team would have beat the other team, ala AHA/AV 2006..... Awin is a win and a loss is a loss.
In this game, I was not there, it sounds as though Richfield got the bounces and Guggenberger let in a couple of soft goals. I go that from an arena employee. I was also told the game was fun to watch.

Not what I would consider soft goals!
One was a two on 0 break!
The other hit Guggs in the head or neak area and went straight up about 10 feet and dropped behind him on the line, not even sure it crossed the line, but Tartan got the call!
Richfield played pretty poor for almost 2 periods and still managed to pull out a win.
Now tied for
third in the conference
Keep it up boys!
