Also, curious as to if anyone went to Fr/So camp but not P1 last year and went P1+ this year?

It was for 91's last year and 90's two years ago. It would make more sense to do stuff by grade I think as then this wouldn't compete with the Fr/So camp.
If it was for the 91s last year why was a 92 at the camp?

Don't know if it was an error or not, but she is a 92. I watched her play Selects for 4 years as a 92. She is pretty good, maybe there was an exception made?? I'm sure she fit right in with the 91's.

I have a hard copy, but instead of typing out the whole roster of 96, I just cross-referenced it with the phase 2 players (believe me, that was painful enough.) I may have missed someone, but here's who I found on both the Fr/So Development Camp and phase 2 rosters:

Rebecca MacRostie - St. Paul Blades
Alyssa Jackson - Cambridge-Isanti
Haylea Schmid - St. Francis
Lauren Herzog - St. Paul United
Morgan Pieper - Warroad
Megan Morinville - Moorhead
Montana Vichorek - Cloquet
Sam Scheving - Warroad
Ashley Secord-Holmes - Alexandria
Jamie Fenstermacher - Hibbing
Jessica Bye - Brainerd
Abby Williams - Alexandria
Maddie Burke - Eden Prairie
Julie Baumgartner - Benilde-St. Marg
Lauren Charpentier - Stillwater
Kaylee Sommer - Mahtomedi
Lizy Walston - St. Paul United
Allison Umland - Wayzata

Are these Mankato Camp invitees or Fr/Soph Camp invitees? I'm getting lost with all of the cross references. Does anyone know the rosters of the Mankato Camp?

Select 15's ('92s) The first Mankato parent meeting I think is this Friday night in Edina and they go up to the first week of June or so. Kids have to attend with parents. Payments and player agreements to some things at the meeting are required I guess. Not sure when a full listed will be posted but could be late June.

I understand Rose Avella a '92 was a late fill in last year to the '91 camp and was one of the best D there.

It is my understanding that rosters were sent out Wednesday night (June 6) so the girls should get their information today or tomorrow.

I saw one game. The majority of the girls are very talented. Many of the Phase III NDP girls opted not to go to Mankato and there are some weaker players attending but for the most part the talent is pretty good. I think its a great camp and the girls are having a fun experience and learning a lot too. The game I saw the forward and defensive skaters looked pretty even but the goaltending was much stronger on one team. For obvious reasons, I don't want to mention games or names.

On The Edge;

No crime in talking about the girls that are doing well. Who are the stronger goal tenders you saw??

Like I said I only saw one game so it isn't a good sampling but the game I saw the Teal team's goalies did very well. There were a lot of late additions so I don't know who was in goal but my list says that one of them was Tiana Press of Hopkins. I don't know who the other goalie was but she did very well too. As far as the skaters, no one stood out from the rest. Most were very good. A few girls looked out of their element but for the most part the talent was first rate.

I talked to my daughter a few times and it sounds as if everyone is having a great time. She said the coaches are great and that they are being very helpful. The only complaint I heard was that it was a bit hot in the dorm rooms.

I have watched some of the games. It is very good, fast hockey. You asked about goaltenders. In the games I watched, I would have to say that Kallie Billeadeau was outstanding.

The first night, red had a full roster, teal was down a forward and a defense, the gray was down two defense, and the gold was down one defense. I understand one player from the red hurt her ankle, so now all teams are playing at least one player short.

The games have been fun to watch and the girls seem like they are having a good time.

Gray beat Gold 4-3. Gray was ahead 4-1 but Gold made the score closer by scoring 2 goals in the last 45 seconds.
