Slapshot you would seriously take the majority of that list over the better Edina players? Why?

to say hicks and seashore would be nothing with out fink is crazy. they are both everyday players and will show up to play night in and night out. I have not seen a better line in the state thus far.

Who ever said WBL defense is very solid must have not seen them play very many games. Very average besides Putney.

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... 30>db30 at: 1/16/06 7:45 am

Bam...

I hope you really dont think that Hopkins has the best line in the state. They MAY be somewhere in the 6-8 range ONLY because of two words, and those two words are as follows:MIKE FINK.

Seashore and Hicks would be nothing without Fink, thats said and done. There first line does not compare with Edina, Orono, MG, Centenial and White Bear, not even close. Hopkins would be under .500 without Fink.

MN.GOPHER
I did not say they where better just answering the call to name 20 players that can all play. And yes some of them I would take over some of those edina boys. In my opion there are two edina players I think are and will be the real deal. They both have alot of hockey to look forward to in the future. There are alot of very talented hockey players in this state. I am sure someone else could name 20 more.

MG has one of the best offenses in the state though, so the defense might be part of the blame on the goals as well. Dont put all the blame on Lee.

Oh, im not. Agreed with Maple Grove comment and defense comment. Goalies cant do it all themselves, its not possible. Lee is a very very good goalie no doubt.

In my opinion Mike Lee IS the BEST goalie in the state and if you put a couple away quick on him he doesn't crumble. The problem is that earlier in the season Roseau's scoring ability was below average, but since that whole Maple game Roseau has been on a 22-24 game winning streak (and not against all weak teams either). They have played a couple against Moorhead, DE, Chaska, Elk River, etc. Roseau has gotten better at scoring and might do some damage down at New Hope.
