Was wondering the same. Filling the NTDP isn't super time sensitive. They can wait a month if they want. Last spots for the '02 group lingered on until after Natty Camp in July.

They always have picked teams without camp. The players have always been decided before.

YHH speculating this will be announced soon, possibly this week.

Here is YHH Predictions:


Hearing up to 7 area players chosen for the 2020-21 U17 NTDP team. Roster release from USA Hockey as soon as this week.

Predicted names: Chesley, Fleming, Howard, Lucius, Snuggerud, Spicer and Stramel.

Following this news, expect tender announcements for the USHL to follow.

Pierre not mentioned for U18. . Tender coming from elsewhere, likely ? Or Pio return, unlikely ?

Just a comment.....there will be no tryouts this year. If we do this right and flatten the curve this will drag on into June at least.
