The direct link to the stream is wdio.com/liveplus. The registration hyperlink is in the upper righthand corner.

When you click on the little TV icon next to each game, the pricing pops up, which is $9.95 per game, or $14.95 for a semi-final double-header, or $34.95 for all six games.

The games will also be available as Video On Demand. Once the game has aired, registered users can watch the game again as many times as they would like. Also if you missed the game, you can purchase an On Demand ticket and view the game(s) later.
Ridiculous. It costs more to watch the games online than in person…

What else do you get with a purchase of the games?
It's only more expensive if only 1 person watches the game. I'd imagine WDIO expects many families to sit down and watch it together via the stream on their TV's, so $10 seems pretty fair to me.

Sorry about the dumb obvious questions..

But the 7AA and 7A finals will still be televised on WDIO this year correct, as well as the State Tournament?

I am kind of confused as why WDIO would be offering these packages when Duluth always shows them

Yeah it will be on TV in the WDIO/WIRT viewing area, and streamed online for those outside the area.

It’s actually only being streamed online for a fee. It’s not going to be on tv locally. The section playoffs 7A and 7AA.

Have they streamed games before? Just wondering if the quality is worth the $. And does it work on an IPhone? Saw someone had troubles before.

The online stream is much better than the tv version. iPhone or iPad will work best.

The 7A semis were decent quality. The camera man was a little shaky and the announcers were half a$$ed. Still worth the money in my opinion.

Thanks for the responses. As long as it’s not Clymer, McLeod, Lapanta or Greenlay I’ll be alright.
