For some reason the Hub has still not posted the Edina/EP result, but like Twitter both the Strib paper edition and Minnesota-Scores.net are also showing 2-1 Edina.

WEEK 10 RESULTS

Unique week:

If you remove mr right and mr left, we had 6 games that everyone picked the correct winner...

We also had 26 correct scores this week, nice job!

There is 1 game that only two contestants picked the winner( 1 if you don"t count mr left) wolfman and mr left

After watching a few games this week, we noticed a trend from some teams. Mainly, how some teams are using shortened benches(mostly 10 skaters). Then, we saw a game where a team used 4 off lines and 3 def lines nearly the entire game.

Another thing that was noticeable, is that stellar goalie play seems to be missing. We have seen what would be called good play with some nice saves, but, the really stellar play, appears absent. If anyone has seen a goalie have a "steal a game" performance, plz share


Plus, with some teams at the top of the rankings losing, next Wed LPH rankings will be interesting


As for the weekly results, WOW!!, a player picked 14/15 games correctly plus had 3 correct scores. (missed on GR/G v P/H). again WOW!!

Appears SLP/CR goalie stole a game from Maple Grove. 29 shot shutout. Did a quick check and it looks like they have 4 straight shutouts going. Granted, not great teams but no way they should have beaten a team like Maple Grove.

nu2hockey, for the record please recheck my results. I'm pretty sure I got 13 + 4 correct, which would put me in a tie with clutterbucket. But I still finish runner-up, losing the tiebreaker.
