Not sure if results will get posted on the MN Hockey website but if anyone gets updates on scores of the HP15's games in St. Cloud during this weekend and into next week...it'd be great if you could post them...first games are on Sunday..

Any surprises? I heard that some of the players picked for the NDC left the St Cloud camp early.

Yes as always a few surprises in my opinion, but in the end they got it mostly correct. Second yes, there were some girls that left early, but the ones I know that left and made it, deserve to be there.

How did they get to leave early?, like a day early? an hour early? what?. Why wouldn't they want to stay?.

Some left for a day or so, some for a game, some for most of the week.

They left due to conflicts with other sports, golf state tournament, lax state tournament, etc...

I would hope that MN hockey wouldn't punish kids that deserved to make it for playing other sports, and in fact they should encourage it.

I don't disagree with you however, when your policy says players must be at everything to advance, and you start making exceptions you open yourself up for judgement, and give the individuals who claim that most of this is political lots of ammo for their argument.

I understand that these players have other things going on, but once you open the door a crack it's hard to close, and where do you draw the line at acceptable events to miss for? Sports - Sure, School - Sure, Mission Trip - OK, Family Event........the list will grow is my point, and when people who are gone move on over people who may have skipped or rearranged other important events in their life to make this a priority, you will start to have grumblings.
