What is your point!!??Slap Shot wrote:I know total games played equals out in the end, but it's odd that some teams have played as many as 10 games and others as 'few' as 5.
I don't recall a previous KRACH Class A ranking where there was no Metro-area team in the Top 5. As far back as I can remember either Blake or Breck - and usually both - were right up there.ghshockeyfan wrote:Updated 12/01 - 1AM

That the early season disparity of games played is bizarre. I don't ever recall the difference being more than a few games. In other words just a curious observation that I assumed wasn't cryptic.AAA Dad wrote:What is your point!!??Slap Shot wrote:I know total games played equals out in the end, but it's odd that some teams have played as many as 10 games and others as 'few' as 5.
I agree and thought it was a good point. In November, Edina played 10 games while Hill and NWC played only 3 games. So there is a much larger sample size thus far with some teams vs. others. I'm not a mathematician, but I'd think the current KRACH ranking is more reliable (i.e. less chance of changing dramatically) for the teams who've already played 8-10 games vs. the teams who've played only 3 or 4.Slap Shot wrote:That the early season disparity of games played is bizarre. I have been thinking the same thing, eventually some teams are going to get slammed with back to back 3 game weeks. Those can be a grind and coaches end up with all pre game skates and little or no solid practice time. I know for my daughters team they had a couple really slow weeks after starting with a bunch of games, partially due to the late Bloomington co-op. Schedule just seems a bit odd this year.Slap Shot wrote:That the early season disparity of games played is bizarre. I don't ever recall the difference being more than a few games. Actually - a few teams had name changes recently that I'll have to address...ghshockeyfan wrote:I see Minnehaha got wiped out (0-0-0) record - I'll have to fix that, team name must have changed in the last few days on the Hub...
They gave up a goal last night vs. NSP....Marty wrote:Hill will climb. They have a tough pre-conference schedule and they need to !
The question is not whether Hill will run the table in their conference, the question is
Will Hill give a goal in the Classic Suburban Conference ?
Check and see if it made the latest ranking - if not, it didn't yet get entered on the Hub/MGHCA and one of the teams will need to do so.pucktech wrote:Chaska/Chan over New Ulm 3 - 1...on 12-13-13...not posted up on the Hub for some reason...I see you don't have this game added into your figures...

I've found scores/records to be inconsistent at times between the two sites. The teams have control over the hub I believe so should be able to update. Mn scores just takes a quick online form submission or email and usually they post or fix quickly.pucktech wrote:http://www.minnesota-scores.net/gamerec ... eid=858999ghshockeyfan wrote:Check and see if it made the latest ranking - if not, it didn't yet get entered on the Hub/MGHCA and one of the teams will need to do so.pucktech wrote:Chaska/Chan over New Ulm 3 - 1...on 12-13-13...not posted up on the Hub for some reason...I see you don't have this game added into your figures...
Saw the 3 - 1 score is posted correct on Minnesota-scores.net but still not posted on Hub/MGHCA.
You've probably explained it before but now I know.
