My OP is based on the very hypothetical (and possibly unlikely) notion the league would split away from USA Hockey which would pave the way for a MN team that would be willing to operate outside of USA Hockey. However, if the league does not break away from USA Hockey and MN HOckey does not approve a Tier 1 team the question becomes: How/Where would this Made/Fire team operate? It seems they no longer have the WI option, atleast for now. Is Iowa an option?MrBoDangles wrote:Heard there's a Minnesota group looking into joining next year.... Fire and Made connection.
