I'll say this, WBL got'em at a good time...hopefully next time when Roseville has their full team back the story will be different. Hats off to White Bear, they played hard and stayed out of the box.
Can’t argue that point…next time it could be for all the marbles. However, even you must admit that although your entire line up would have made a difference…it would not have changed the outcome. White Bear was the better team last night hands down.
Also…you will have to excuse me for being a little haughty…first win against the ladies in black since…well since …I can’t recall.

I agree with HB that if Lee would have been there last night WBL would not have had as easy of a time getting to the net. They did a good job on #3 though. She never really had any good runs to the net. One really important thing about that game last night is that when they did the conference schedule, the thinking was it could be WBL V Roseville for the conference championship. Bigger than that though is that the section seeding will be done by that time, with Hill losing again and WBL beating Stillwater and Roseville, it looks good for the Bears right now. When your goal is to get to the big dance, #1 seed is everything in the sections. Mounds View could really mess things up at any given time. Their top line is very good and they could beat some teams and then head over to their section leaving the SEC a mess as well as the Section playoffs.

the coaches at Roseville new this year would be different than in years past...7 big graduates from a state championship team is an awful lot to overcome. Even more, when one of the returners from last season is already out for the year with an injury. They may be licking their wounds now, but now is not the time to be hot....hopefully they're saving it for February, when it really counts!

Agreed, any other program in the state loses what Roseville did and they are in rebuilding mode for a season, maybe 2. It's a testament to the coaches, returning players and new kids that they've been hanging in there with the state's best.

I could not agree more…What the parents, Association and High school program have done in terms of development is second to none. This current group at the youth level was not much of a factor…but they have developed into not only significant contributors to a State championship but a group that has the ability to leave their own mark. This thing is just getting warmed up…should be fun!
