Bemidji State's new arena will be another good neutral site option in the future for Section 8.

It makes the most sense to play it there, but most things in life don't make sense. Being a Spud fan that lives in the Twin Cities that has to work on Wednesday, playing the game in St. Cloud would work out great for me. I have made the trip many times, but the Moorhead Hockey site still has no update as to the location of the game.
Should be a great game where ever it is played.

That's what I was saying, I'm pretty sure it has happened quite a few times.bobthespud wrote:Spuds did it in 93.zoom wrote:Im pretty sure NO Section title has been won by the Spuds or Rams on home ice..
First round loss. They'll go "White Bear" on us.... and it bugs mehipcheck wrote:I think the Spuds have another team worthy of a runner-up at state.
The Little Ralph has standard NHL ice 200' x 85'.Potatohead9 wrote:I think it really comes down to which team is ready to make a run at state.....both teams have played well during the year. But which team will show up? This is the big ice Olympic 100x200 if Im not mistaken. I think Roseau has outplayed Moorhead in the past, maybe not winning every matchup, but using the rinks size to their advantage. I think this will be close and will come down to who blinks last, who spends less time in the box and the goaltending. I will of course take the SPUDS 5-3 with an empty net to seal the deal. As for how they do in St. Paul well it wont be fun to watch, unless you hate the Spuds, but thats what I said last year and look what they did.

Right on the Little Ralph, I think the big Ralph has Olympic ice.
