BM doesn't allow his player's parents to have video equipment inside any rink where his Machine team is playing

Fastest way to get your kid benched, is to bring a video recorder into the arena. Then, of course, comes the knee bends!

No offense HOTG, but how could that be? The other team would have parents, and I would think that at least some of them video the games.

Why would I take offense? If you read my post, I said "his player's parents". Why would the other team's parents be filming BM teams and not their own little Johnny skating?

Seen it, not knowing anything about the team at the time its pretty shocking to see. retold the story to few people, some had seen/heard the same thing, as its been stated its famous and not a secret. Even if there was a video I get the feeling you wouldn't believe its real.

Here is an interesting Idea .. You seem pretty in to MM... I am sure that you see BM around the rink. pull him aside once and ask him the question and his philosophy on the issue above.. I would be interested in getting his take on it. Also I am sure that someone has it on video not me but I have seen it. I am sure that you will get tons of responses from this blog that are respectable people that can confirm.

HD41 Wait a second while I take a hit off my pipe...I need to take a hit after reading your ignorant posts. Just take the advise and ask BM. Why not go to the source and get your answers. You won't listen to us...

Hate to be the stick in the side(actually that is what I do best) but.... poke... poke..Are you gonna ask or just drink the orange-aid?

I think I will just keep my eyes open and see for myself. Sorry, but I am not about to believe something like that without some kind of proof. Oh, and yes I will keep drinking the orange kool aid.

HD41. Were you dropped on your head as a kid? What color is the sky in your world? How come you won't answer when it comes to asking BM for yourself? Is it because you know the answer already? Why does BM put curtains up when the Machine practices when the only people at the rink are parents of those players behind the curtains? I know you won't answer, but fall back on personal one-liners, and keep writing those checks. Someone has to pay for those curtains!

Go get the proof and ask! What are you afraid of?

Alrighty I will leave you alone for now.. Make sure that you come back and let us know when you see little "Johny41" being held to that standard and hope it isn't against a team I coach cause little Jonny41 might get Freight trained by a big kid on our team while doing his knee bends in front of BM to make a point. Or if you do get the balls to ask him it would be funny to see his response.

Just wondering about all the Machine kids sitting on the bench in between shifts. (instead of standing up waiting for their turn) What is the supposed advantages of doing this or do you think their are any disadvantages to doing this? (not a critisism, honestly wondering why its done)

No I was not dropped on my head as a child. Blaze Orange is the color of the sky in my world. I did answer about asking BM, you're just too dumb to recognize an answer. I've never seen curtains at MM rink. I just wrote another check to MM this weekend. Won't have to write another one until March.

This is your answer? I guess you don't have the guts to find out for yourself. You would make a great Liberal politician...Never answer the hard questions, just avoid it, and go after the reporter.

For the last time, why won't you ask BM? A lot of MM issues have been brought up, and you don't believe the majority? Settle these issues once and for all and call him up, or corner him at the rink and ask. Grow a pair and man-up. Can't wait to hear your next personal attack and avoidance of the main issue.

OK - I'll ask. It'll go something like this....

"Hi Bernie - there's this complete bong loving idiot on a hockey forum I visit who claims, but has no proof that you make kids do knee bends during games. Is that true?"

His response:

"Oh yeah you must be talking about High Off the Glass, I know that guy, ever since I had to cut his kid, he has been making up stuff like that. He's mildly retarded so you'll have to forgive him."
