Can I call them overrated now?
Jefferson 2
Burnsville 2
Final/OT
Shots 40-28 in favor of Burnsville
Even though Burnsville is good, you can call the Jags overrated. If they continue to play with this individual effort they won't stand a chance against EP next week.

Clearly you have a double standard. Eagan tied Burnsville and Burnsville took EP to OT. I guess they are overrated too.

What part of the word "overrated" means "not good"? I don't think any of it, let me check.
"Over" is above something, and "rated" is a form of comparing teams. Nope, no part of that was "not good."

Overrated simply means said to be better than they are.
They lose to Eagan and some still call them a top 5 team.
They lose to Lakeville North and are still ranked high, the hub even has them still ahead of Eagan.

I've said Jefferson is good, but they are overrated. Eagan, however, is right where they should be. They haven't lost to anyone, but on the same token, haven't yet beaten any top teams either (yes, that includes Jefferson). This Saturday will tell a lot.

I was at the game and there is no way Burnsville had 40 shots much less outshot Jefferson by 12. But not to belittle Burnsville, they played well, 2 clutch goals by Charlie Mosey. A tie against a team like Jefferson ain't bad.

Blaine's overrated!! Tie Duluth East, barely get by Elk River and now tie Maple Grove #-o ? Doesn't seem like a top 5 team to me!!

Indeed. Last year they all beat up on each other randomly; this year they appear to prefer tying each other for fun.

Maple Grove didn't stack up well against Blaine last year, but does well against both Centennial and Blaine this year. Who knows what could happen this year Section 5AA
