He is a 93...
Lots of sophomores would have that scoring and more playing against those teams.. Good that he is capitalizing on it.

I would agree, given that opportunity against that competition some 93's would put up similar numbers, how did he do in the Advance 16's last year?

You'd have to continue the list some more .... he only has 6 pts (2 goals and 4 assists) so far.

And that is with going out every other shift and sitting on the back post during every power play. Nice player, not great.

The numbers for Justin Kloos are a little inflated, don't know where the trib got them but it should be around 30.

Nice player but my observation is Lakeville South is working really hard to give 3 points on every goal. They get 10 goals they like to give 20 assists. I know they move the puck well, which can yield 2 assists on goals, but every one? Just another interesting variable. Some teams average close to 2 points per goal and others average close to 3 points per goal. That's a lot of points over the course of a season.
Great to see a line (Kloos, Harvey, Osterberg) that were bantams last year have such success on the varsity team this year. Top 3 scorers on the Lakeville South team.

I've noticed the same thing with the 3 points per goal, it seems its being dictated by officiating crews not the teams themselves. If you watch box scores some games have 3 points awarded on 9 or 10 goals, that seems pretty unlikely.

what are the latest updates on the scoring leaders

It's definitely not the officiating crew. They rarely give a second assist and often get the player number/s wrong even if the do. These numbers are checked (that's a good thing) and then compared to other score sheets kept by managers, parents, etc. and then massaged before being submitted to Hockey Hub. I'm sure some teams are showing an average of 1.2 assists per goal and others are averaging 1.9 assists per goal. It is what it is but it's worth knowing.
Don't get me wrong. I like the Lakeville South team and players but their numbers may be a little puffy.

Who knows who's stats are correct. I looked up Kloos on the Hub (36 pts) and MN Online (42 pts). A little discrepancy. But I do know I did see Kloos pump in (I did have my contacts in) 3 goals against Century the other day. A very good player...playing with two other very good players.

No, right Kloos, wrong category...sorry. The Hub listed 36 pts and MN Online 42. My fault. I fixed my previous thread.
