The #1 seed game is at 6pm and the #2 and #3 are at 11am and 1pm.
The students at the school of the #1 seed will be in classes as normal. If Little Falls gets the #2 or #3, on the other hand, students will probably get the whole school day off. I am no longer a student, but if I were I'd prefer to go to a game during he day than going to classes all day, going to a game at night, driving home and still being responsible for homework the next day.
Just my two cents

Based on the past few years I think it's safe to say....
Little Falls will get the 1 or 2 seed, STA will then be unseeded and placed against LF first round lol.
Let's face it, all the people saying LF gets the hardest first round game are right. It always happens.

mnwild09,
it's because we only seed 4 teams. This year especially that will hurt a couple teams.
I will also say that although we don't seed more than for, we don't have a set way for seeding the teams, so random may be just as good as seeded.

School actually stays on as usual in LF. Hardly anyone is around though. They load up charter buses and haul down students or anyone else who wants to go. Last year they brought 9 charter buses down. They're thinking they'll bring about 12 this year.

They absolutly deserve to be #1. A win is a win and they won all of them.

Thanks. I'm new to this "state hockey tournament" you guys speak of...
I know how seeding works, pal. I'm just saying last year LF wasn't the equivalent of the 8th seed yet we had to play STA (1 seed) first round, which was in many opinions the best game of the tourney and the pseudo championship game. This year since LF will get seeded in the top 4, with our luck STA won't get seeded and we'll still have to face STA first round. It was a joke. Like "haha" kind of joke. Follow along.

Who cares where you get seeded. If Little Falls is as good as everyone up there says they are, it shouldn't matter. I don't understand why people are complaining about getting a bad seed and having to play STA in the first round. Did you guys come down to the state tournament to play a couple games or did you come to win the state tournament? In order to win the tournament you are going to have to beat (most likely) 3 very good teams and the order in which you do so shouldn't matter. Stop complaining and just play.

I'm just curious what part of "it was a joke" don't you get?

The funny one would be if they face St. Cloud Cathedral in the first round. They have been practicing or scrimmaging on Mondays I heard to get ready.

I'm just curious as to why you think every post in this thread revolves around what you said. I understand it was joke, my statement was in response to people saying that Little Falls should be a 1 seed, when in fact it shouldn't matter much. Whether you are a 1 seed or unseeded, you still have to play 3 tough teams to win, it doesn't matter what order you play them in. Go back to your stand up routine.
