I wouldn't write off the northern teams just yet.
They will have a couple of teams to be reckoned with in March.
They always do.

Your kidding right? Where exactly should they be if #4 in the state isnt where they should be. I wouldnt consider 1 bad game against White Bear and then not even getting close to being beat by any other team a disappointment.

I guess with all of the pre-season hype Hill would have to be the biggest disapointment! Roseau coming in a close 2nd.

Spot on. Centennial and Stillwater are both doing so bad, you should start predicting the weather.

From here on out, the expectations will now be lowered substantially so it will become harder to be 'disappointed'.

considering the players HM lost from last year and their win over Edina earlier this year I find it hard for them to be a dissapointment. Tonka, Centennial, and STA are good teams too.

Roseau has the capability still of being a very successful hockey team this year, but they have not shown it. Big disapointment

East could be mentioned but they appear to solid, not a power. Still time for teams to hit their stride before March but so far nothern hockey hasn't been impressive.
Agreed, Roseau looks very weak, a one-line team.

If Hill or Blake or BSM is considered a disappointment mid-season, can they still add kids via open enrollment? Just asking.......

ROSEAU #1 Disappointment I knew they would'nt be last years rams but I didn't see 6 - 5 - 2 after 13 games, got Warroad on Thur 1/15 in Warroad, should see how good they are in that one both teams always show up for that game. Don't be shocked when Roseau UPSETS Moorhead AGAIN in the section final.
