Not that it comes as a huge suprise to anyone, but Jeff Frazee is foregoing his final year or eligiblity with the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and has signed a professional contract with the New Jersey Devils.

For his sake, this was much needed. I doubt we'll ever see him in the NHL but maybe with some kind of Devil miracle, we might.

For his sake, this was much needed. I doubt we'll ever see him in the NHL but maybe with some kind of Devil miracle, we might.
The Devils list him as their number 3 prospect at all positions.

LOS ANGELES (April 10) — Goaltender Jeff Zatkoff will forgo his final season at Miami after agreeing to terms on a contract with the Los Angeles Kings, the NHL team announced.

The Kings’ third-round draft pick (No. 74 overall) in 2006, Zatkoff led the CCHA in goals against average (1.72) and save percentage (.933) this season.

He only played the first two periods, but it sounded like a planned move.
