Vikes cross midfield, keep going to AP, he'll bust one, the Bears are 5-8 for a reason.

another drive fizzles

First half MVP, Chris Kluwe puts another punt inside the 10 without a Hester touch.

They need to take a couple of shots to Rice and open this up.

Halftime

Vikes add a late FG and will have the ball to start the second half.

Not a surprising first half, I didn't expect either team would have the game in hand after thirty minutes.

Peterson in his last game and a half: 22 rushes for 25 yards. His knee isn't 100% healthy.

A big penalty by the Bears gets the Vikes within a TD at the half. The Vikes start with the ball but unless Jackson plays better they are in trouble.

I agree Neut, they need to stretch the field.

The pass sets up the run, the run sets up the pass.

The D needs to force a Bear turnover, or better yet, produce some points.

TWO MINUTE WARNING

Vikings 20
Bears 13

Bears have no running game, one timeout, 55 yards to go, they are wearing sunglasses and they have a half a pack of smokes.

Sharper picks it off.

Berrien was open, if the ball was thrown to the post instead of the flag, it could have been bad.

Jackson gets religious as he takes a knee to close this one out.

Kyle Orton is terrible, how do you throw a rainbow like that to a wide open receiver? It was only a 40 yard pass and Sharper was toast. These were two terrible teams tonight and probably shows how bad the NFC really is as opposed to are the Vikings for real or not.

That's the other thread, a game like this makes me wonder what I just wasted 3.5 hours on. Oh yea, I needed Longwell in my fantasy football playoff game to come through for me with a couple of field goals. :D

After being 2-5, it is amazing to be here now.
(that was some bad football though)

I would think the Kyle Orton "Fathead" must be selling at a feverish pace today. :)
He makes the kickers from the 70's look like studs.

Speaking of "Fatheads" remember how Joe Kapp used to look...I couldn't figure out how he got that thing wedged on his head.
