[quote="EREmpireStrikesBack"][quote="Syd Barrett"][quote="EREmpireStrikesBack"]Wow!

How did I miss this thread?
You know I have no fear Syd, I'm not sure what you are trying to concoct...
EREmpire...glad to hear your still around...the Elkaholic crowd was pretty quiet after the Tornadoes went up 4-0 Thursday in their building (I think you saw that coming a couple years ago when Anoka's sophomore crew came up) but the good news is ER youth program has some strong teams coming up in a few years... featuring authentic ER homegrown players...imagine that.
Close not even

Brainerd dominated this game from beginning to end.
It was a 2 -0 game until 1:38 left in the 3rd period. Elk River got a good tip that slipped by Peterson barely.
Brainerd out shot them 13-6 in the first period.
then 9 - 4 in the second and Then it was even in shots in the final period.
Brainerd played great defense
Scoring for Brainerd was Shepherd from Frazer and Rusk
Then Frazer from Shepherd and Peterson

I'm not from the area so I thought I'd ask...
Does Julius Tamasy get much time?
the sky is falling

He is one of the most underrated players in the state IMO.

Sydney, Big Thirsty is off at college and told me he won't be able to post like he used to, or have the desire to do so. . .
Now on the game. One player told me that "We could'be easily beaten them 4-1." . . . Good luck EDStrikesBack

Sorry guys, had a wedding to get to this weekend. Didn't bring the computer home from school. I'm down at the U. Busy little guy imagine that. Big_thurst and 5 hole are back bored. Don't worry. We never disappoint.
The Elks are real young this year, and lacking some depth in the talent pool. No doubt that Sarsland will have them chompin at the bit with his system. It only takes a while for him to jumble the lines and get things going.
I haven't seen them play yet, how does the Elks tender Kyle Hennum look?
Also, anyone know lines.. pairings as of late?
