What's wrong with DECENZO!!!!!!!1 :?:
Some sort of ankle related injury from Elite League, I believe.

Ouch!!! Actually who really knows what it means? How'd things turn out in last year's Jamboree? It's so early, and most team's rosters will be significantly different even by mid season due to injury or JV callups. We're only at the beginning of the race. Remember, it's a marathon, not a sprint.

Report is both teams looked pretty good actually.

Last year I believe Virginia beat Rapids in the Jamboree as well.

Goalies?

Rumor is it broke down like this:

1. Tabaka
2. Underwood
3. Figgins

But yet again, I haven't seen much yet.

Eveleth-Gilbert looked pretty good against Greenway

E-G/M.E. were also missing 4 players due to injury or suspension. They looked like they should frustrate some teams this year.

Is it really important to look great at the jamboree? I'm asking out of ignorance but when was the last time the winner of the Jamboree went all the way?

When has there ever been a winner of the Jamboree?

It's a good opportunity to look at your players against other teams. Make some roster cuts.
And I'm sure it's just another way to raise a buck or two.

You know what I meant! Was there a dominate showing then that team went on? Sorry I guess!?

I've never looked at the Jamboree that way. It gives the kids a chance to play a simulated game and the coaches a chance to make roster adjustments before the season starts. Too many kids get a chance to play here that won't be with the team at the start of the regular season. If I'd have to predict a 7A outcome from this, 2 through 5 is up for grabs and Marshall has some fine tuning to do also.

Other than that, some players looked good. You can tell they have been playing over the summer and fall. There were some improved players(not many). And some you could tell will be moved to JV. EG/ME should be interesting around the X-mas break when they get a few players back. They showed a lot of hussle last night.

1 goal against in 22 min and nobody looked good? Find that a little hard to believe. I'm sure at least one of the three made a good save or 2.

You could have put a cardboard cut-out and painted "Goalie" on the back and had the same result.

Those would be some of their top players this year. Hopefully they will be back soon. I watched Eveleth Gilbert play Minneapolis West in a JV. Tournament a couple of years ago, and David Spragg got 5 goals and an assist in a 13-5 win. Gian Mariucci will probably anchor the first line. There won't be as much depth on the blue line With Alex Loe and Corey Hendrickson out of the line up.
