closer game than expected. LN has 1 really solid line, their captains #4 and #3, this line controlled play when they were on the ice. LN's goalie is average on his best day, he gave a softie off his elbow in the second period. AV is thin to say the least. #11 has a beautiful stride, nice to watch him skate. AV is going to have to grind it out and play good defense to keep games close.

Not sure exactly what this means but if referring to the game yesterday Wayzata controlled play in the first 2 periods and EP controlled the third. Season series to date - EP 2 wins; Wayzata 1.

Went to the EP vs Wayzata Game:
Wayzata clearly dominated the play in the 1st and 2nd period and it could have easily been 5/6 rip after 2 if it wasn't for EP's goalie as at times it looked like a shooting gallery. Third period Wayzata started out slow in the first 5-10 minutes giving up a goal and damn near a 2nd one, until they finally got ball rolling again.
Don't see EP beating this team if the Trojans play 3 periods like the first two.
Also looked to me as the smaller of the two goalies for Wayzata played and and they also had 3 kids out hurt on their bench. (Anyone know status on these three and if they have high impact?)
Fun game to watch and look foward to the upcoming EP tournament this weekend.

From what i have heard, the three players are out with a concussion, bad shoulder, and another concussion. The one with a bad shoulder (CB) is one of the captains, good playmaker, does have a impact on that team. One of the concussions (BD), Great mix of grinder and skill, maybe not as much but still does have an impact on that team. And the other concussion (DO), bottom 3 defenseman on that team, little or no impact at all. Also, all should be back within 3 weeks. Not exactly in time for EP tournament. But from whats said above, doesnt really seem like they need to rush back.

Did they lose any players to High School? Will they pull up any B1's for the EP Tourney? Oh, wait, you wouldn't know, I forgot you are not a Wayzata parent...
Wayzata will be in the final 4 at EP
