That's just my guess. There is a lot more of the season left and it is still anyones section to win, but as of now this is my prediction. Any team could win depending on who decides they want to play and want it more.

so what idiot in the sections or high school league decided to put the section finals OUTSIDE the section, they made this section for the SW Minnesota but then they make them ALL travel, cripes Bart Simpson could have come up with something better than this crap, why dont all teams right now say they will BOYCOTT it unless it is put in the section,
they could rotate year to year from site to site , so nobody could claim home ice in advance , WILLMAR, NEW ULM HUTCH rinks could all handle this , but no lets make evebody travel,, seems like a good couple of days for a heck of a snowstom, that would serve these idiots right

I do agree that the section final should be in the section. Is there a rink that it could be played at that is not someones home ice. I'm sure there will be some big crowds is it has to be big enough.

why not Sioux Falls, that makes just as much sense and probably closer for half the section, and the other half could go to St Cloud.

or maybe Hutch, Wilmar, and New Ulm could all reserve the time and wich eve one doesnt make it to the final , hold it there, I think they all would be willing for that

Marshall lost? I bet there will be no excuses from the faitfull orange and black. They better just take the loss like they have been telling everyone on here to do. Because Marshall never gets respect right. They better give Willmar there respect now. Is that Willmar's second or third win of the season? What were shots ect.

i heard a pretty one sided event shots something like 40- 15 or so , they were fortunate the first time they played willmar as all goals were power play, one on a penalty shot and an empty netter at the end, if anybody can call this section, i would like to go to the nearest casino with them,

They just didn't want to make any teams look bad or else those teams wouldn't want to play them again

Between Hutch willmar and LDC i think any of them could end up with the 3 spot there all about equal.
There is no doubt in my mind that LDC is a stronger team than Willmar. As for LDC and Hutch, I really don't know. Litch still seems like a more solid team.

Can you give me a link to this information that ranks all junior defensemen in the state?
http://www.geocities.com/dent0110/players2008.html

Burgau and Kohn listed in the Juniors, Krogen from Marshall listed in the top Seniors. Great site for rankings, players, etc.
