Shout out to Cut Above! For some reason the PM feature says the Administrator will not allow it?
Male - and all I know is he used to be an assistant at SSM and I believe Chaska and one other private. Sorry I do not have a name yet. He's supposed to meet with the parents next week. Oh and he has some connection with a goalie camp. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

AHA's program started sinking fast when asst. coach left team a couple of years ago. His title may have been "asst." coach, but as far as the girls were concerned he was "The" coach. Development of skills left with him and some of the girls opted to leave too, some for other schools and some decided not play at all. Incoming freshmen stopped looking at the school if they had a serious interest in playing. A fresh start with a new coaching staff will help improve things for AHA. It will be a slow process.

Wow, interesting first post.....that was sarcasm, I wanted to point it out since it would be hard to decipher in text.
The former asst has only been gone one year, and was still involved with the team on and off the ice last year and even this summer. The truth is this team has lacked talent for several years, and there are a lot of barriers in place that will prevent the program from being relevant in the foreseeable future. The good news is hopefully kids who choose a school like this are doing so for an education, and not a sport, then they will have a bright future, as it is a strong academic school.
Sorry for the off-subject rant. Back to the focus of the topic. I have heard that AHA has a coaching plan in place, but hasn't officially announced it yet. Not sure what their timetable is however.
posser123 if you here to bash people, maybe move it to a new thread and lets keep this one on the coaching openings topic.

AHA has picked a coach. It is Michelle Seiger she will be the interim head coach for this upcoming year. They must have a coach they want coming next year?

Cloquet has not yet conducted interviews. They are to be conducted sometime this week, 8/30 - 9/3.
