Happy....watching the game against Park tonight, for the first 2 periods, your Wildcats seemed disoriented and confused. I'm not sure what the coach said to them between the 2nd and 3rd because they came out ready in that period. The most common complaint regarding your boys is that they let teams hang around longer than they should and that could be dangerous. I'm relatively sure you'll make it past Hastings BUT don't take it for granted. Look at other upsets and just hold off on the arrogance a bit. You'll look a whole lot better if they happen to lose....

Yep. You also opened the season losing to EP, and 3 wks ago tied a team that failed to hit double digits in wins, was one of the worst teams in the last 30 yrs of their program AND lost to a very average Burnsville team. I wouldn't run my mouth yet. Plus, Russ Welch is a better hockey coach then Mike Taylor. I'm sure Eagan will win the game but don't act so arrogant until they do some damage at the X.

That was the very first game of the season, and a lot can change from that point. Maybe Hastings' coaches and players learned a thing or two about Eagan during that game and by watching them play Park. If Eagan comes out against Hastings like they did against Park they could definitely be upset. That said, I think Eagan will start out more prepared to play against Hastings. I would favor Eagan in this one, but it won't be close to that 8-1 score they started the season with.
