Isn't Pionk playing in USHL this year? Think his younger brother is on Hermantown team.

To be fair, Tom Novak was their only candidate.

Not yet. Their team is real young right now and not looking for immediate help from the high school ranks. Some of the sophs playing this weekend will likely end up on the Gophs in the future.

I feel like this is an abnormally large amount of kids committed going into this years tourney.

Let's not compare boys and girls high school hockey...
DE could've "easily" won state the last 5 years.

Simmer down now.
I was only comparing college commits, not the game itself.

I don't follow girls hockey. Do they have two classes? If you combined the college commits from the single A tournament would it be as many as the girls have?

Well the list above has a kid from Totino-Grace on it so it does list kids in the A tournament. I guess I don't know for sure but there has to be kids committed from Hermantown and EGF at least right?

Exiled One-

I read on your scsu hockey forum site that UMD has (1) recruit participating in the tournament. I believe we (I am a Bulldog fan) have zero recruits in the AA or A side of things. Neal Pionk is in Sioux City. Nate Pionk has not committed anywhere to my knowledge. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Anyway, just a FYI...

I wrote that before I wrote this. I corrected this one, but I haven't gone back and corrected that one yet.

EGF doesn't have any college commits.

But there are probably 4 that will play D1 when all is said and done.

Perhaps you were too busy "scouting"?! My favorite part about you is your ability to continually put your foot in your mouth then to seemingly dissapear when you get called out. Clown.

Bad day in the cubicle?
DM me to spare everyone else, and not ruin a thread. Hopefully then I could get your "insider insight" and pick the brain of a true master.

Ps- why don't you confirm EGF will have 4 kids playing D1 since you seem to really have the handle on LN and "not seeing one lock" 5 days before all 3 Poehlings committed.

Never seen em' play and God knows I wouldn't want to be wrong. Time for me to "disappear completely" for awhile. That's code for having a life. Good luck to LN in the tourney. You might want to talk to somebody about the anger issues...

Wow. Just last week you said you only saw LN play "twice" this year now you've "never seem em' play"....and that was your "excuse" for only seeing "one lock to play D1" after I said there were 7 players who will likely play D1 eventually. No "anger issues" here. Sounds like you may have some "memory issues" though
